We first brewed this monster with Brooklyn’s Other Half. We used brownie trimmings from Amass Restaurant and cacao husks to dial up the chocolate brownie character.
Every time we brewed it, we could barely keep it in-house. Beer fans kept asking us “When are you going to put it in barrels?” So, we gave the people what they wanted.
Our biggest, bestest, most brownie-ish beer spent six months in American Oak. And now, how long it spends in your glass is entirely up to you.
