Mango Ice Cream Pale – Tom’s Tap and Brewhouse
We’ve used Mango and Friends Fruit Tea in the boil and Mango pulp and vanilla in the fermenter.
Apparently, this beer uses maltodextrin instead of lactose (for the brewing geeks out there), for the rest of us, this is a light, fruity and refreshingly creamy Pale Ale, perfect for the warmer weather.
Sean and the gang at Tom’s Tap and Brewhouse carefully can and condition these 500ml cans by hand. This is grass-roots small scale craft beer brewing at its best.
