Fruit Beer, Sour Ale
This cherry beer was brewed using a technique used in brewing lambic, and it was fermented using different yeast types and cultures to achieve a pleasant acidity without being too sour. Cherry juice from Lindheim Farm in Telemark provides the intense sour cherry flavor that dominates this beer. The beer tastes fantastic today, but it can be stored for many years. The cultures will continue their work and make the beer even more complex.
